cooking time instructions on frozen meals are like:

oven – preheat oven to 450°F. place on a medium weight aluminum baking sheet and cover with foil. bake for 40 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 40 minutes until golden brown & crisp. serve immediately.

microwave – on ‘high’ for 30 seconds.
